Description
The OMP CESAL4 LE and CESAL4 SE are compact, lightweight, fully electrically activated fire extinguisher systems designed for saloon cars and modern competition use. Both versions comply with the rigorous FIA 8865-2015 standard and operate with the high-performance FK-5-1-12 extinguishing agent, which pressurizes itself upon activation to ensure immediate and effective discharge.
Each system includes 3 nozzles for the engine bay, targeting the most critical and fire-sensitive areas depending on vehicle layout, and 2 nozzles for the cockpit, providing driver protection both front and rear.
All required components — mounting brackets, clamps, tubing, and fittings — are included for compliant, reliable installation.
The aluminium bottle offers low weight and strong durability. Both systems are homologated for petrol, petrol with up to 30% ethanol or methanol, and are also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
The difference between the two versions lies in the cockpit volume:
