Hybrid HANS

The Simpson Hybrid HANS is the only head and neck protection system (HNRS) tested according to FIA 8858-2010 that simultaneously protects against frontal, side and oblique impacts. Unlike previous FHR protection systems (e.g. HANS®), the system does not sit on the collarbone and chest, but rather on the shoulder and back. Since the seat belts in the hybrid rest directly on the body, the driver has optimal contact with the vehicle and a better driving experience.
