Description
The FEV Fire Suppression Rally Package Kit FK5-1-12 is an FIA-homologated electrical fire suppression system, specifically developed for rally and motorsport vehicles.
It combines a permanently installed 3.0 kg FK5-1-12 gas suppression system with a 2.0 kg handheld fire extinguisher to ensure maximum safety and performance.
The main system features a lightweight aluminium cylinder and electrical push-button activation.
Five newly developed atomising nozzles produce a fine gas mist, providing extensive coverage and rapid extinguishing times.
The FK5-1-12 extinguishing agent is electronics-friendly, residue-free and environmentally friendly.
The package also includes a 2.0 kg FK5-1-12 handheld fire extinguisher with a stainless steel nozzle, wire bracket and quick-release fasteners – ideal as a backup for FIA rallies or track days.
