Description
The new LL-24 Standard Air Jack with integrated pressure relief valve is a consistent further development of the proven LL-22. It is additionally equipped with an integrated safety valve that automatically limits the system pressure. If the lifting system is accidentally subjected to overpressure due to incorrect handling or defective compressed air equipment, the integrated pressure relief valve regulates via the bottom cover from the preset release pressure of 55 bar down to 40 bar.
In addition, it features an externally accessible venting function, which simplifies servicing and allows a system reset of the internal pressure reservoir. Despite all these additional features, the total weight including the nut is only 992 g.
We offer two standard lengths with 150 mm and 230 mm stroke. Special lengths and custom solutions are available on request.
