THERMO TEC / COOL IT self-adhesive heat barrier protect parts and components from radiant heat. They are suitable for protecting painted surfaces, plastic parts, and other components from radiant heat.
This self-adhesive heat barrier is made of woven silicate fabric with a flexible, aluminized surface. The highly reflective surface can withstand radiant temperatures up to 1130°C. The self-adhesive side can withstand direct and continuous temperatures up to 150°C.
The self-adhesive composite material can be easily applied to any surface or wrapped around hoses or cables.
