The MOCAL sandwich plate allows the easy installation of an external oil cooler between the engine block and the oil filter. It is one of the most reliable solutions in motorsport and performance applications, ensuring stable oil temperatures and clean integration of sensors. The robust aluminium construction is designed for high temperature and pressure loads, making it ideal for high‑performance or thermally stressed engines.

Variants Standard plate: Permanent oil flow through the cooler. Suitable for race cars or engines with consistently high temperatures. Thermostatic plate: Integrated thermostat (e.g. 80–92°C). Oil is routed through the cooler only once operating temperature is reached. Ideal for road and trackday vehicles. Sensor plate: Additional port for oil temperature or oil pressure sensors. Suitable for vehicles with additional gauges or data logging.
