Description
Walero Active Temperature Control Base Layer Shirt – Cool Grey | Season 2 Release
The Walero Active Temperature Control Base Layer Shirt – Season 2 in Cool Grey is engineered for professional motorsport drivers who demand precise thermal regulation, consistent comfort and FIA-approved safety under extreme racing conditions.
At its core is Outlast® phase-change technology, originally developed for NASA. Unlike conventional moisture-wicking fabrics, Outlast® actively manages body temperature by absorbing excess heat, storing it and releasing it when temperatures drop. This stabilises the skin microclimate and keeps the body within an optimal thermal zone during fluctuating cockpit conditions.
Independent testing shows that Walero underwear can reduce heart rate by up to 8% and perspiration by up to 40%, lowering physical strain, improving focus and delaying fatigue during long stints and high cockpit temperatures.
The shirt features a race-specific ergonomic fit and is constructed from ultra-soft stretch fabric. Flat-lock seams eliminate pressure points and chafing under a race suit. The integrated Envirotex antimicrobial treatment provides hospital-grade protection while remaining non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
This garment is fully flame-retardant, FIA 8856-2018 approved, and legal for international motorsport competition worldwide.
