The Stilo ST6 FN ABP Composite is the first composite racing helmet featuring integrated Advanced Ballistic Protection (ABP). It meets the current FIA 8859‑2024 ABP and Snell SA2025 standards and offers a cost‑efficient way to benefit from top‑level safety in open‑cockpit racing.
Advanced Ballistic Protection (ABP) The ABP protection zone in the forehead area shields the driver from high‑energy impacts caused by small debris – a significant risk in formula racing. Introducing ABP in a composite helmet makes this technology accessible to a wider range of drivers. Many formula series already require ABP or will do so in the future, making the ST6 FN ABP Composite a long‑term, future‑proof choice.
Optimised ventilation and updated visor mechanism The helmet features a newly developed ventilation system with improved frontal airflow and additional upper vents. Optional air scoops allow further increases in airflow. The visor has a new, flatter profile and the updated dual‑lock mechanism ensures maximum stability at high speeds and meets the strict FIA visor test requirements.
Comfort and fit identical to the carbon top model The interior is based on the same geometry as the ST6 Carbon ABP, providing a precise and comfortable fit. The helmet is available in three shell sizes, matched to the respective helmet sizes to reduce unnecessary volume and weight. HANS/FHR posts are included as standard.
Certifications and future‑proofing With FIA 8859‑2024 ABP and Snell SA2025, the helmet meets the current safety requirements of many racing series. It is ideal for drivers in open‑cockpit categories or those preparing for future regulations.
